Returns & Replacement
Garrison Grip is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
If the item you received from us is not the item you ordered, or if it is damaged in any way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can also return the item and we will credit you the merchandise price, along with taxes and any shipping and handling costs.
IMPORTANT: You must contact us to get your RMA Label for returns.
If your find a newly purchased Garrison Grip product unsatisfactory for any reason, we will accept it back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange for another item or items.
Defective Products:
If you ever experience an issue with a Garrison Grip product at any time please contact us directly and we’ll do everything reasonable to help you. Garrison Grip products are warrantied for 1 year against defects in workmanship or materials.
Shipping & Delivery
Items shipped from Garrison Grip are shipped USPS First Class Service within the Continental United States. Orders are processed the day they are received.
Delivery is generally 1-3 days.
Items shipped from 3rd Party vendors are subject to their policies. We make every effort to track ALL orders to ensure timely delivery.
